Critical Failure to the LVM of box-Sara

We are facing critical failure to the HDD LVM system to box-Sara. We are trying to see the data but we are not giving out hope that the data would be corrupted.

Our service partner is starting to investigate the problem. Hope to try recover the services at this moment .

We are mostly going to restore the service with a lay back time (回溯)
(your data might have a bit different than the latest now. )

We would let you know more information in the coming moment.

Cubic Host users: You would have no problem since your data is daily backup by your reselling provider.

Luckily we are still having our latest backup in this morning 02AM. We are restoring, ETA 3 hours to raise all the service back.
